History

1973June Started under the trading name of “National Tsusho” as a domestic wholesaler of marine and agricultural products.
1977October Established National Tsusho Corporation in Momoi, Suginami-ku, Tokyo, and opened an office in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Became qualified for an agreement with the Equipment Procurement Office of the Defense Agency to start the delivery of food supplies to the Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF).
1982May Established an international business division to start the import of aerospace equipment parts and communications devices from the U.S. and the domestic sale of imported products.
1983April Relocated the head office to Nagatacho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
1985February Opened the Nagoya branch after acquiring Mizuho Sangyo Corporation, a company headquartered in Nagoya. Due to this acquisition, capital increased to 34 million Japanese yen, and National Tsusho Corporation started working on developing and expanding the markets, particularly those for aerospace parts and equipment.
1991May Established an office specializing in the design and engineering of aerospace-related products. Established NatioTech Corporation in Yamato City, Kanagawa.
1996December Acquired FROM Corporation and opened a pharmaceutical division. Capital increased to 88 million Japanese yen.
1999April Relocated to Nishi-shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Changed the company name to NTK International Corporation.
2002May Merged NatioTech into NTK International.
2005April Head office and Nagoya branch acquired the ISO9001.
2006May Head office acquired the ISO14001.
2009July Established NTK COX Calibration Center in Hachioji City, Tokyo.
October Nagoya branch acquired the AS9120 certification.
2011March Head office acquired the AS9120 certification.
2012September Capital increased to 100 million Japanese yen.
October Became a certified member of TRACE.
2013January Sold the business right of the pharmaceutical division to specialize in the aerospace business.
2014July NTK COX Calibration Center acquired the ISO/IEC 17025.
