We carry a wide range of airframe and engine parts for aircrafts, missile parts, and other aerospace parts including rocket parts. Depending on the needs of each customer, we promptly import parts for the Boeing, Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ) and other civilian aircrafts, as well as parts used for manufacturing and repairing aircrafts deployed by the Ministry of Defense.

High-Performance Dry (unlubricated) Bearings, High-Precision Bearings and Customized Bearings

We can both offer and arrange the manufacturing of high-performance dry bearing systems specially designed for each customer, which feature Kamatics’ machinable, self-lubricating KAron liners, including spherical bearings, journal bearings, rod end bearings, track rollers, pivot bearings and wear pads. These bearing systems are widely used as functional components of aircraft doors, landing gears and wings. RWG’s high-precision ball bearings and customized bearings are used for aerospace applications including Airbus, as well as motorsports applications including the GT500.

Standard Parts

Upon requests from customers, we check the stocks of domestic manufacturers and authorized distributors, and then deliver the orders together with traceability certificates, allowing the customers to trace the manufacturing history of the parts. As we import products from the U.S. to Japan every week on regular flights, we can deliver requested parts with the shortest lead time if the products are available on the market. Machined Parts

As per the drawings and required specifications provided by each customer, we select the most suitable manufacturer from suppliers in the U.S. We ensure that the selected manufacturer carries out the entire manufacturing process, from material procurement, machining, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, to surface treatment, after which we then deliver the finished products to the customer. We can accommodate a wide range of customers’ needs, from one-off, small-lot orders, to orders of mass-production based on the possibility of a long-term contract.

Based on the drawings of the parts you require, we will discuss the specifications, quantity and time of delivery, and consider the best possible solutions for you, including quality, time of delivery and costs.

After selecting the most suitable manufacturer from suppliers in the U.S., we will give you a quote and propose solutions for your needs.

(5)Manufacturing
Based on your drawings and 3D data, the selected U.S. supplier carries out the entire manufacturing process, from material procurement, machining (sheet metal processing, gear cutting), to non-destructive testing and surface treatment, after which we will deliver the finished products to you.

(6)Delivery
We keep track of the supplier’s manufacturing status to responsibly manage the entire process, from the point of order to delivery. The manufacturer’s certificate of conformance, materials certificate, and process certificate are also available on delivery. (The first article products are delivered with the AS9102-compliant FAI report.) Before delivery, we thoroughly check the manufacturer’s certificates to make sure that the products satisfy the drawings and specifications as requested.

Dri Film Lubricant(KFL-DM):Dry Film Lubricant

KFL-DM, a polymer-based film coating incorporating PTFE and other fillers, is a superior alternative to conventional dry film lubricants. KFL-DM can be applied to many types of surfaces including splines and other complex shaped surfaces. It does not require a final machining process and, can be used in an “as-applied” condition, with the thickness ranging from 0.025 to 0.051mm (.001 to .002 inches).
